ProposalOS capability

Know who owns each section and what state it is actually in

Several people write one proposal, usually alongside their real work. The question that wastes the most time is not how to write a section — it is who has it, and whether it is finished.

Steps 5–6 · build the workspace, draft and collaborate

How this works

Section state as a property, not a conversation

Ownership and progress live on the section itself rather than in an email thread somebody has to reconstruct. Each section has a status and a version history; tasks carry an assignee and a due date; comments attach to the section they concern, so a discussion survives the next draft instead of being orphaned by it. Access follows role, so contributors see the sections they are responsible for and reviewers see what they are being asked to decide.
