What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and who processes it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. A demo request collects your name, company and work email, plus phone number, job title, company size, country, intended use case and notes if you choose to provide them. The contact form collects your name, organization, work email and message. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we build no profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. What you submit is used to arrange the demonstration or answer the question you asked, and for nothing else. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
Three providers handle a submission on its way to us: Netlify hosts this website, Resend delivers the notification email from its Ireland (eu-west-1) region, and Microsoft 365 hosts the info@theproposalos.com mailbox where it arrives. Submissions are kept there as ordinary business correspondence. Nothing is written to a database on this website.
Your choices
Write to info@theproposalos.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because submissions live in a mailbox rather than a database, deletion means removing that correspondence. Every field beyond your name, company and work email is optional.
