These terms govern use of this website and the material published on it. Use of the ProposalOS application itself is governed by a separate written agreement signed before any pilot or production access, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
The material on this site
Pages describing capabilities, resources and product updates describe product direction and intended behaviour. They are published to inform an evaluation, not as a specification or a warranty. Case studies marked as illustrative are composed scenarios and do not describe a named customer engagement.
Professional responsibility
ProposalOS supports proposal work; it does not replace professional judgement. Users remain responsible for validating facts, meeting tender conditions, obtaining internal approvals and deciding what to submit. Nothing in the product performs any of those on a customer's behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, to disrupt its availability, or to submit content you have no right to share. Automated collection of the material published here requires written permission.
Intellectual property
The ProposalOS name, brand mark and the material published on this site belong to ProposalOS. Customer content stays the customer's: documents, knowledge and proposals uploaded into the application remain the property of the organization that supplied them.
Changes
This page may be updated as the product and the company develop. Material changes are reflected here with a revised date rather than announced individually.
