What does your organization keep after a submission?
Four questions, about five minutes, and no sign-up. They place your organization on a five-level model of proposal knowledge maturity — scored on one thing: when a submission is finished, what does the organization actually keep? It is deliberately narrower than BD-CMM, which assesses business-development capability as a whole.
