The duplication that costs most
Governance arrangements, safeguarding policy, audit history and staffing capacity are asked for by every donor and rewritten for each. The rewriting is not just wasted effort — it is how four slightly different versions of the same fact reach four funders, which is a problem the day one of them checks.
One approved answer, many presentations
The scenario keeps a single approved statement per organizational fact, owned and dated, and adapts presentation per donor template. What varies is length, emphasis and format. What does not vary is the fact itself — which is also what makes an internal audit tractable.
